Disputes

The customer is entitled to file a complaint in case of finding incorrect information in his credit report.

Qatar credit bureau will check the accuracy of the information disputed by the customer in coordination with the member institutions

and the sources that provided the data to the Bureau.

The supporting documents required to file a complaint:

Complaint requirements (for individuals):

    • Attach client's valid ID.
    • Attach all supporting documents that support the validity of the client's complaint (if any).
    • Reference number (for the report).

    Complaint requirements (for companies):

    • Attach a valid ID of the owner of the company.
    • Attach a valid commercial registration of the commercial license to entities that do not have a commercial registration number.
    • Attach all supporting documents that support the validity of the client's complaint (if any).
    • Reference number (for the report).
