Privacy Policy

User privacy is a priority for Qatar Credit Bureau, as all agreements concluded between the bureau and its members provide that a prior written consent shall be obtained from the customer before viewing his/her credit report, in accordance with the instructions issued by Qatar Central Bank and the provisions of the Banking Secrecy Law in this regard. (Please refer to the legal experts to indicate the number and date of the law).
Moreover, the bureau takes additional measures using the most advanced technological systems that provide an integrated system for electronic approvals that allows the client to approve viewing his/her credit report after his/her agreement through one of the many dedicated channels for the electronic approvals system, as follows:

Approval via SMS
Approval through the electronic services center portal
Approval via smart device applications
Attachment of the consent form electronically by the member
