The customer has the right to file a complaint if there are errors in the data contained in the credit report. The Bureau verifies the accuracy of the information objected by the client (whether Consumer ​or companies) in coordination with the member institutions and sources that provided the bureau with the same data and works to resolve and close the complaint. The customer also has the right to attach all supporting documents that support the validity of the complaint (if any).
