The Qatar Credit Bureau provides the Electronic Consent Service to enable you to approve or reject requests to access your credit report easily and securely, through three flexible and fast channels.
Method 1: SMS (Text Messages)
When an entity submits a request to access your credit report, you will receive an SMS from the Bureau containing the entity's name and a request code. You can reply directly to the message as follows:
• To approve: Y XXXXX
• To reject: N XXXXX
Important Note: Please type the letter, followed by a space, then the number exactly as shown in the SMS.
Method 2: Mobile Application
You can easily manage consent requests through the Bureau's mobile app:
- Open the application
- Log in via the National Authentication System
- Go to the “Consents" section
- View incoming requests
- Select the required request
- Click Accept or Reject
Method 3: Website
Through the Bureau's e-services portal:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to the “Consents" section
- Review available requests
- Select Accept or Reject

• No entity can access your credit report without your prior consent.
